Would you like to become a sponsor of our Club?

We are seeking sponsorship in support of our ambitions to take our Club into the full Scottish National League set up. At present we run two teams performing in the 1st and 3rd Divisions of the Brunton Miller sponsored Western District Cricket League. We also run several youth teams at a range of age levels. 

Our ground is situated inside the highly popular Calderglen Country Park, which attracts thousands of visitors a week during the summer months and even in winter remains a popular attraction.  This provides a unique opportunity to display ground advertising on the perimeter of the cricket field as a return for business sponsorship.

We wish to create a ‘centre of excellence’ for our sport in East Kilbride, but as an amateur club we face increasing ground maintenance expenses (£5,000 last year) and other costs, which threaten our youth development programme.

Over the years we have invested heavily in improving our ground and practice facilities. In summer,  we conduct a coaching programme at five East Kilbride Schools.  This programme,  includes evening youth coaching, is run at the Clubs own expense. Our efforts have gained recognition by our governing body 'Cricket Scotland' who have presented the Club with their TOP Club Bronze Award.

Our youth coaching schemes have produced several young players, who have gained International status by representing Scotland at senior and junior levels, as well as a number who play for West District youth sides in representative matches.  Three of our young players recently returned from Australia, where they toured with a West District Team.
